Analysis of Dynamic Control of Project Cost Based on Construction Stage
In the project construction stage,the management personnel take effective measures to reasonably correct various deviations according to the actual situation of project cost,so as to ensure the effective implementation of efficiently controlling the project cost,strictly control the capital investment,and dynamically control the project cost.This paper takes the construction stage as the starting point,analyzes the definition and characteristics of project cost,and puts forward specific optimization strategies based on the problems in dynamic control of project cost in the construction stage,including improve the project design quality,strengthen the cost data analysis,enhance the project contract management,strictly control the project change,refine the construction site management and reasonably optimize the completion settlement.It aims to form a set of reasonable control system to improve the economic and social benefits of the engineering project.
