摘要
在建筑工程管理中,项目进度控制与优化是确保项目按时完成的关键要素.然而,当前存在着进度计划不合理、进度控制方法单一、缺乏有效的沟通和协作以及项目变更控制不力等问题.为解决这些问题,本文提出了完善进度计划、改进进度控制方法、加强沟通与协作以及严格项目变更控制等策略.通过案例分析,验证了这些策略的有效性,以期对提高建筑工程管理中的项目进度控制与优化水平提供参考.
Abstract
In construction project management,project schedule control and optimization are the key elements to ensure the timely completion of the project.However,there are problems such as unreasonable schedule planning,single schedule control method,lack of effective communication and collaboration,and poor project change control.In order to solve these problems,this paper proposes strategies such as consummating the schedule planning,improving the schedule control method,strengthening communication and collaboration,and tightening the project change control.Through case analysis,the effectiveness of these strategies is verified,aiming to provide a reference for improving the level of project schedule control and optimization in construction project management.
