In the urbanization construction,many factors may affect the construction quality of construction projects.Only through efficient quality management,the effective control of construction operations can be strengthened,the existing construction quality problems can be identified and handled in time,so as to strengthen the construction effectiveness of construction projects.In order to further improve the construction level of construction projects,this paper summarizes the positive contribution and practical role of construction quality management,analyzes the specific problems in project quality management,clarifies the quality management defects,and proposes effective countermeasures to improve project quality management.This paper aims to improve the construction quality of construction projects,thereby improving the level of project construction,and providing stronger impetus for the rapid and stable development of the construction industry.
