The implementation of whole-process cost control in construction engineering projects has become an important way to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.Through the implementation of whole-process cost control,it can meet the construction market needs,scientifically control the project cost and promote the formation of a scientific budget,and can improve the cost control level of construction enterprises.This paper discusses and analyzes the specific implementation of whole-process cost control measures in the decision-making stage,design stage,tendering stage,construction stage and completion settlement stage of construction projects,aiming to promote the deep integration of whole-process cost control concept with the engineering project,give full play to its role,and improve the management level while improving the efficiency.
