With the rapid development of information technology,the construction engineering industry is facing unprecedented changes.The traditional construction engineering management method can no longer meet the needs of modern engineering projects,especially in the design,construction and maintenance,problems such as opaque information and poor communication become increasingly prominent.Therefore,the construction engineering standardized management countermeasures based on BIM technology become a research hotspot in the industry.This paper expounds the concept and advantages of BIM technology,and analyzes the application and results of BIM technology in the construction engineering standardized management by taking a construction project in a city as an example.
