Construction enterprises need to adapt to the trend of informatization reform,strengthen the effective application of BIM technology,and build an intelligent management platform to expand the coverage of engineering management and promote the efficient implementation of construction engineering.In construction engineering management,BIM technology can also be used for resource planning and construction management,provide a basis for decision-makers and help managers to grasp the project schedule in real time or optimize construction management plans and workflows.Based on this condition,this paper mainly discusses the application scenarios and application strategies of BIM technology in construction engineering management,so as to provide useful reference for the industry.
