Analysis of Construction Technology of Rotary Piling Rig Slurry-Supported Bored Pile Foundation
With the development of foundation engineering field,the demand for efficient,economical and safe pile foundation construction technology is increasing.With the characteristics such as high automation degree,high construction efficiency,low cost and superior environmental protection performance,the rotary piling rig has gradually become an important choice for pile foundation construction.The application of slurry-supported technology effectively ensures the stability of bore wall in the process of bore formation,and further improves the construction quality and safety.This paper discusses the application of rotary piling rig in slurry-supported bored pile foundation construction and its construction technology points.By analyzing the working principle of rotary piling rig,construction process and key technical problems in the construction process,it aims to provide useful reference for similar projects.
