Analysis of Causes of Housing Building Basement Leakage and Prevention and Control Measures
This paper aims to analyze the main causes of basement leakage in housing buildings,and propose effective prevention and control measures to improve the waterproof performance of basements and prolong the service life of buildings.Through the study of basement leakage,combined with the analysis of design,construction,material aging,groundwater level and other factors,the main causes of leakage are summarized.At the same time,based on the existing waterproof technology and engineering practice,a multi-angle prevention and control strategy is proposed.The research shows that,in order to effectively reduce the incidence of basement leakage,it is necessary to focus on the design stage,construction process and long-term maintenance,improve the overall performance of the waterproof system and ensure the stability of the buildings through comprehensive treatment measures.
