摘要

基于高密度城区中的建筑工程项目施工噪声问题,常易引发扰民及舆情影响.为促进绿色施工高质量发展,体现"以人为本"的发展理念,本文以深圳市某学校建设项目为例,通过对项目周边噪声敏感点及主要噪声源分析,研究实施了噪声防控技术若干要点,包括建立噪声防控管理制度、优化布置施工场地、研究施工设备和工艺选型、确定沟通协调机制等,为提升建筑管理中的噪声防控技术水平、缓解扰民影响提供了可行性参考.

Abstract

The construction noise problem of construction engineering projects in high-density urban areas often easily causes disturbance to the people and affects public sentiment.In order to promote the high-quality development of green construction and reflect the"people-oriented"development concept,this paper takes a school construction project in Shenzhen as an example,and analyzes noise sensitive points and main noise sources around the project,studies and implements several key points of noise prevention and control technology,including the establishment of noise prevention and control management system,optimization and arrangement of construction site,study of construction equipment and process selection,and determination of communication and coordination mechanism,which provides a feasible reference for improving the noise prevention and control technology level in construction management and alleviating the disturbance to the people.
