摘要
建筑工程造价的动态管理与控制措施是指在建筑工程项目实施过程中,针对造价方面的各种变化和风险,采取一系列有效的管理和控制手段,以确保项目的经济效益和质量安全.通过动态管理与控制,可以及时发现并解决造价方面可能出现的问题,从而保障工程项目按时按质完成,并最大限度地节约成本.基于此,本文对动态管理与控制展开研究,总结归纳出相关措施,以提供参考.
Abstract
The dynamic management and control measures of construction project cost refer to the adoption of a series of effective management and control measures in view of various changes and risks in the cost during the implementation of construction engineering projects to ensure the economic benefits and quality safety of the project.Through dynamic management and control,possible problems in cost can be found and solved in time,so as to ensure that the engineering project is completed on time and as per the predefined quality,and maximize cost savings.Based on this condition,this paper studies dynamic management and control,and summarizes relevant measures,for reference.
