摘要
本研究基于深圳市龙华区某城中村项目,探讨了全过程造价管理体系的构建与优化策略.通过分析决策、设计、招投标、施工和竣工结算五个阶段的管理要点,项目实现核减额663732.90元,核减率1.24%.研究表明,加强信息化建设、推行专业化管理和强化风险防控是提升政府投资项目造价管理水平的有效途径.
Abstract
Based on an urban village project in Longhua District of Shenzhen,this study discusses the construction and optimization strategy of the whole-process cost management system.Through the analysis of the management points in five stages:decision-making,design,tendering and bidding,construction and completion settlement,the project achieved an accounting reduction amount of CNY 663,732.90 and an accounting reduction rate of 1.24%.The research shows that strengthening the construction of informatization,implementing professional management and enhancing risk prevention and control are effective ways to improve the cost management level of government investment projects.
