城市大型综合体作为现代城市发展的重要组成部分,其建筑设计项目管理面临着一系列复杂且关键的挑战.本文旨在分析城市大型综合体建筑设计项目管理的难点,并提出相应的对策,包括加强项目管理团队建设、优化管理流程、提升信息化水平等.通过这些措施,可以有效提升城市大型综合体建筑设计项目管理的效率和质量,推动城市建设的可持续发展.
Abstract
Urban large-scale complex is an important part of modern urban development,its building design project management faces a series of complex and key challenges.This paper aims to analyze the difficulty in urban large-scale complex building design project management,and put forward corresponding countermeasures,including strengthen the project management team construction,optimize the management process,and improve the informatization level.Through these measures,the efficiency and quality of urban large-scale complex building design project management can be effectively improved,and the sustainable development of urban construction can be promoted.
