工程技术管理在项目全生命周期中至关重要,直接影响项目质量.在设计阶段,合理的技术管理能优化方案,确保设计质量;在施工过程中,技术管控可减少误差,确保施工质量达标.通过强化质量监督和验收机制,及时发现并解决问题,确保最终交付质量.为提升工程技术管理的效率,信息化技术的应用、技术管理人才的培养以及完善质量管理体系是关键策略,能保障项目顺利实施和高质量完成.
Abstract
Engineering technology management is crucial in the whole life cycle of a project,and directly affects the project quality.In the design stage,reasonable technical management can optimize the scheme and ensure the design quality;in the construction process,technology control and management can reduce errors and ensure that the construction quality meets the requirement.By strengthening the quality supervision and acceptance mechanism,problems can be identified and solved timely to ensure the final delivery quality.In order to improve the efficiency of engineering technology management,the application of information technology,the cultivation of technology management talents and the improvement of quality management system are the key strategies to ensure the smooth implementation and high-quality completion of the project.
