Supervision Quality Control and Management in Whole-Process Construction of Reconstruction and Resettlement Housing
Taking the reconstruction and resettlement project of the"three olds"renovation project in Bicun Village as an example,this paper focuses on the strengthening guarantee and improvement of the sensory quality of the reconstruction and resettlement housing,explains the objectives and basic development ideas of the construction supervision quality control and management of the reconstruction and resettlement housing project from the perspective of the supervision party,expounds the supervision quality control and management strategy and key points in the whole-process construction of the reconstruction and resettlement housing project from the design,construction and completion stages,including design review,procurement and acceptance of construction materials,construction site management and completion acceptance,which greatly exert the role of the supervision party in the construction quality control and management of the reconstruction and resettlement housing,and improve the construction quality of the reconstruction and resettlement housing.
