Discussion on Modernization and Refinement of Construction Engineering Management
With the rapid development of the construction industry,traditional management mode has been difficult to meet the needs of modern engineering projects for high efficiency,high quality and low consumption.Therefore,this paper first emphasizes the important role of modernization and refinement of construction engineering management in reducing construction costs,enhancing construction productivity and optimizing management structure.Subsequently,from the perspective of modern management,the application of information technology,intelligent equipment and data analysis and prediction methods in engineering management is analyzed,and its potential to improve management efficiency and accuracy is demonstrated.This paper elaborates on the specific practice of refined management,including refined schedule,quality and cost management,aiming to ensure that every link of the project can be effectively controlled through meticulous management means,so as to achieve efficient operation of the project and quality improvement.
