Analysis of Cost Control Strategy and Practice in Construction Management
This paper deeply discusses the importance of cost control in construction management and its main problems,puts forward targeted solutions,and demonstrates the effective application of these strategies through practical case analysis.This paper analyzes the main problems of cost control in current construction management,including unclear allocation of responsibility,right and benefit,lack of operability of cost control basis,misunderstanding of cost management and lagging management methods.Specific control strategies are put forward from four aspects:establishing a cost management mechanism combining responsibility,right and benefit,formulating operable project target costs,strengthening the full-employee whole-process cost management awareness,and promoting informatization construction.Through detailed practical case analysis,the feasibility and effectiveness of these strategies in actual projects are verified.
