In the advancement process of urbanization process,the number of construction projects continues to increase.Affected by many factors,problems such as quality defects and schedule delays often appear in building construction,which subsequently have an impact on the benefit creation of construction projects.In order to promote the efficient and high-quality construction of construction projects,it is necessary to effectively implement the quality control and schedule control.This paper analyzes the importance of construction quality and schedule control of construction projects,and clarifies the specific measures of quality control and schedule control in construction engineering construction management.
