摘要
在建筑工程项目施工过程中,想要提高建筑工程企业的经济效益和社会效益,成本管理起到关键作用.而如何降低建筑工程项目施工过程中的成本,同时保证建筑工程项目施工的安全和质量,就成为建筑施工企业需要解决的首要问题.因此,本文将以建筑工程项目施工过程中的成本管理为研究主题,主要研讨施工过程中的成本管理原则,以及建筑工程项目管理过程中的成本管理策略.
Abstract
In the construction process of construction engineering projects,cost management plays a key role in improving the economic benefit and social benefit of construction engineering enterprises.How to reduce the cost in construction process of construction engineering projects and ensure the safety and quality of construction engineering projects has become the primary problem that construction enterprises need to solve.Therefore,this paper will take cost management in the construction process of construction engineering projects as the research theme,mainly discuss the cost management principles in the construction process,and the cost management strategy in the construction engineering project management process.
