摘要
建筑工程管理作为确保工程项目顺利实施和高效完成的关键环节,其管理水平的高低直接关系到工程项目的质量、进度和成本.然而,在实际管理过程中,建筑工程往往会受到各种内外部因素的制约,从而影响项目的整体推进.基于此,本文深入研究建筑工程管理的制约因素,制定相应的应对策略,对于提高建筑工程管理水平、推动建筑行业健康发展提供帮助.
Abstract
Construction project management is the key link to ensure the smooth implementation and efficient completion of engineering projects,its management level is directly related to the quality,schedule and cost of engineering projects.However,in the actual management process,construction projects are often restricted by various internal and external factors,which accordingly affect the overall progress of the project.Based on this condition,this paper deeply studies the constraints of construction project management and formulates corresponding coping strategies,which is helpful for improving the level of construction project management and promoting the healthy development of the construction industry.
