摘要
新时期,我国城市化进程持续推进,为建筑行业带来了前所未有的发展机遇.但由于建筑施工具有高污染、高消耗、高排放问题,国内环境不断恶化.为了实现建筑业的可持续发展,绿色建筑工程管理作为一种新型的管理模式应运而生.本文从绿色建筑的内涵、意义、工程管理中存在的问题和对策四个方面进行了探讨,为推动我国绿色建筑工程管理的发展提供参考.
Abstract
In the new era,urbanization process in China continuously advances,and brings unprecedented development opportunities to the construction industry.However,due to the problems of high pollution,high consumption and high emission in building construction,the domestic environment continuously deteriorates.In order to achieve the sustainable development of the construction industry,green building project management emerges as a new management mode.This paper discusses the connotation and significance of green building,problems and countermeasures in engineering management,and provides a reference for promoting the development of green building project management in China.
