Research on Construction Management of Geological Exploration and Drilling Projects
Geological exploration and drilling engineering is an important part of resource development and infrastructure construction,its construction management plays a vital role in ensuring the project quality and safety and improving the construction efficiency.In view of the basic process of geological exploration and drilling engineering,this paper analyzes the role and function of construction management in geological exploration,and focuses on the application and implementation of technical management,information management and environmental management in the construction process of geological exploration and drilling engineering.Through the analysis of typical cases,the key technologies and successful experiences of construction management of geological exploration and drilling engineering are summarized,which provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for the management of related projects.
