摘要

预制管桩静压法施工在城市建设中凭借其高效的工作方法,施工无噪音、无振动,质量可靠,经济效益高等优点,得到了广泛应用,但压桩过程中产生的挤土效应问题,往往会引起土体隆起和水平位移等危害,对周边附属结构造成破坏.本文以广州市某项目为案例,分析静压管桩挤土效应对邻近地铁隧道的不良影响及防控措施,以期为类似工程项目提供参考.

Abstract

The jacking method construction of prefabricated pipe piles is widely used in urban construction due to its efficient working method,no noise and no vibration in construction,reliable quality and high economic benefits.However,the compaction effect problem in the process of pile loading often causes hazards such as soil uplift and horizontal displacement,as well as damage to the surrounding auxiliary structures.This paper takes a project in Guangzhou as an example to analyze the adverse effects of compaction effect of jacked pipe piles on adjacent subway tunnels and the prevention and control measures,so as to provide reference for similar engineering projects.
