摘要
随着城市化进程的加快,城市可持续发展成为全球关注的重要议题.文章首先介绍了城市可持续发展的理论基础;然后提出了节能建筑设计、节水景观设计、绿色交通规划和可再生能源利用等可持续发展策略;最后构建了评价指标体系,包括生态环境指标、社会经济指标和建筑性能指标.本文旨在探讨建筑设计与工程规划中的城市可持续性发展,以期为城市可持续发展提供理论和实践指导.
Abstract
With the acceleration of urbanization process,urban sustainable development has become an important issue of global concern.This paper first introduces the theoretical basis of urban sustainable development;then proposes sustainable development strategies such as energy-saving building design,water-saving landscape design,green transportation planning and renewable energy utilization;finally constructs an evaluation index system,including ecological environment index,socio-economic index and building performance index.This paper aims to discuss the urban sustainable development in architectural design and engineering planning,so as to provide theoretical and practical guidance for urban sustainable development.
