摘要
本文针对目前建筑行业仍采用质量难控、强度不够、施工速度慢等弊端的木模板和塑料模板现状,项目联合模板工厂对常规塑料模板进行优化,提高混凝土成型质量并满足绿色建造的要求,与盘扣式支撑体系结合,创新研发出新型免次楞拱形带肋模板快速模架体系的新工艺.结合工程实例,验证了该工艺的可实施性和推广价值,具有较好的推广应用价值.
Abstract
In view of the current situation of wood form and plastic form used in the construction industry,which has disadvantages such as difficult quality control,insufficient strength and slow construction speed,the project combined form factory optimizes the conventional plastic form to improve the quality of concrete forming and meet the requirements of green construction.In combined with the ringlock support system,a new secondary beam-free arched ribbed form rapid formwork system process is innovatively developed.Combined with project examples,the feasibility and promotion value of the process are verified,indicating good promotion and application value.
