摘要
坪山新能源汽车产业园区1-3栋项目外围护结构采用基于模块化设计的全装配式鱼鳞式PC外墙,造型独特,因其咬合搭接的连接方式,造成安装精度要求高、预埋件定位难度高等问题.针对鱼鳞式PC外墙的特点,设计、施工和预制构件厂联合协作,对从深化图纸到现场安装全生命周期的工艺进行策划,保证了整个过程的安全性、合理性、美观性和精准性等要求,实现了建筑外立面整体外观设计效果.
Abstract
The outer envelope structure of Buildings 1-3 project of Pingshan New Energy Automobile Industrial Park adopts a fully assembled fish-scale PC exterior wall based on modular design,with the unique shape.Because of interlocking lap joint connection mode,it causes problems such as high installation accuracy requirements and great difficulty in embedded part positioning.In view of the characteristics of the fish-scale PC exterior wall,the design,construction and prefabricated component factories jointly collaborate to plan the whole life cycle process from deepening drawings to on-site installation,ensure the safety,rationality,aesthetics and accuracy of the whole process,and realize the overall appearance design effect of the building facade.
