Safety Appraisal Method and Optimization of Industrial Buildings
This study aims to evaluate the safety of a three-storey cast-in-situ reinforced concrete frame structure industrial building in Shenzhen.Through detailed inspection of the structural system, damage, concrete component material strength,cross-sectional size, reinforcement, expansion and lateral displacement, many problems are found, such as large range of concrete strength range, unsafe local construction structure and structural aging. In order to improve the level of testing and appraisal, measures such as improving the standard system and technical specifications, strengthening the professional skills training of testing and appraisal personnel, and introducing advanced testing technology and equipment are proposed, which will help to improve the accuracy and efficiency of safety testing and appraisal of industrial buildings.
