摘要
BIM技术在建筑工程管理中的运用优势日益显著,不仅能够帮助建筑工程师更好地理解建筑设计理念,使项目管理更加高效、精准,还能够及时识别和改进建筑工程设计方案中的不合理之处,以减少建筑质量问题与造价成本,切实保证整个工程的建设效益.基于此,文章围绕某建筑工程项目展开研究,深入分析智能建造与BIM技术在建筑工程管理中的运用价值和具体策略,希望能为相关建筑企业提出一些全新的参考意见.
Abstract
The application advantage of BIM technology in construction project management becomes increasingly significant,which can not only help construction engineers better understand the architectural design concept,achieve more efficient and accurate project management,but also timely identify and improve the unreasonable links in the construction project design scheme,so as to reduce the construction quality problems and construction costs,and effectively ensure the construction benefits of the whole project.Based on this condition,this paper focuses on a construction engineering project,and deeply analyzes the application value and specific strategies of intelligent construction and BIM technology in construction project management,hoping to put forward some new reference opinions for related construction enterprises.
