Abstract
This paper studies the key points of civil construction technology of high-rise building foundation and pile foundation,and emphasizes the importance of ensuring building stability,improving seismic resistance and prolonging service life.Through the key links such as geological survey,foundation replacement,grouting reinforcement and pile foundation construction,the implementation steps and precautions of each technology are elaborated in detail.The study shows that the application of scientific construction technology can effectively improve the bearing capacity and stability of high-rise building foundation,and ensure the quality and safety of projects.
