混凝土配合比设计是确保混凝土结构工程质量的关键环节,本文基于现代混凝土多元胶凝组分的特征,通过融合多种配合比设计方法的优点,提出一种新的预拌混凝土设计思路,选择石子体积、砂率、胶凝材料用量、掺合料影响系数,优化含石粉多元掺合料活性影响系数,计算C30、C50混凝土配合比并进行验证试验.结果表明:使用本文提出的配合比设计方法,通过计算胶凝材料用量和选择砂率,配制的C30与C50混凝土在和易性方面的性能表现较好;使用本文提出的掺合料活性影响系数,制备的C30与C50混凝土均能达到配制强度,满足混凝土的力学性能要求.
Research on Mix Proportion Design of Ready-mixed Concrete Based on Machine-made Sand
Concrete mix proportion design is a key link to ensure the quality of concrete structure engineering.Based on the characteristics of modern concrete multi-component binding components,this article proposes a new design idea for ready-mixed concrete by integrating the advantages of various mix proportion design methods.It selects the volume of stones,sand ratio,amount of binding materials,and influence coefficient of admixtures,optimizes the activity influence coefficient of multi-component admixtures containing stone powder,calculates the mix proportion of C30 and C50 concrete,and conducts verification tests.The results show that the C30 and C50 concrete prepared by calculating the amount of cementitious materials and selecting the sand ratio using the proposed mix proportion design method has good performance in workability;using the activity influence coefficient of admixtures proposed in this article,both C30 and C50 concrete prepared can achieve the required strength and meet the mechanical performance requirements of concrete.
