纳米C-A-S-H早强剂的制备及其性能研究

本文采用共沉淀法合成了一种新型纳米水化硅铝酸钙(C-A-S-H)早强剂,通过粒径、SEM和抗压强度测试,研究和分析了不同的铝硅比(A l/Si)对纳米C-A-S-H早强剂颗粒尺寸、微观形貌的影响,以及纳米C-A-S-H早强剂对净浆凝结时间和混凝土抗压强度的影响.结果表明:当Al/Si=0.05时,纳米C-A-S-H早强剂具有更强的晶核效应和分散保持能力;纳米C-A-S-H早强剂可以明显缩短水泥的凝结时间,促进水化进程,提高混凝土的早期抗压强度,且混凝土的后期抗压强度无倒缩.
Preparation and Properties of Nano C-A-S-H Early Strength Agent
This article synthesized a novel nano C-A-S-H early-strength agent using precipitation.Through particle size,SEM,and compressive strength testing,the effects of different Al/Si ratios on the particle size and microstructure of nano C-A-S-H early strength agent were studied and discussed,and the effect of nano C-A-S-H early strength agent on the setting time of slurry and compressive strength of concrete.The results show that when Al/Si is 0.05,the nano C-A-S-H early strength agent had stronger nucleation effect and dispersion retention ability;nano C-A-S-H early strength agent can significantly shorten the setting time of cement,promote the hydration process,improve the early compressive strength of concrete,and prevent shrinkage in the later compressive strength of concrete.
