补偿收缩混凝土技术和跳仓法技术均采用了"抗"与"放"相结合的原理,在工程结构中可以有效减少温度后浇带的设置数量;同时二者均具有突出的技术优点和应用边界条件,工程应用中应严格按照各自的技术标准要求指导现场施工.补偿收缩混凝土技术能够弥补跳仓法技术中存在的缺陷,帮助其有效补偿和控制相邻板块连接后混凝土自收缩、干燥收缩等叠加累积的收缩变形,进一步提高超长超大结构实体的裂缝控制效果;此外,补偿收缩混凝土技术有助于跳仓法技术放宽其应用边界条件,扩大其应用领域和范围,在工程实践中同时应用这2项技术不存在冲突和矛盾.
A Brief Discussion on the Comprehensive Application of Shrinkage-compensating Concrete Technology and Jump Warehouse Method Technology
The two technologies of shrinkage-compensating concrete and jump warehouse method adopt the principle of combining'resistance'and'placement',which can effectively reduce the number of temperature post-pouring belts in engineering structures.At the same time,both of them have their outstanding technical advantages and application boundary conditions.In engineering applications,they should be strictly guided by their respective technical standards to guide on-site construction.The shrinkage-compensating concrete technology can make up for the defects existing in the jump warehouse method technology,help it effectively compensate and control the cumulative shrinkage deformation of concrete self-shrinkage and drying shrinkage after the connection of adjacent plates,and further improve the crack control effect of super-long and super-large structural entities.In addition,the shrinkage-compensating concrete technology can also help the jump warehouse method technology to relax its application boundary conditions and expand its application field and scope.There is no conflict or contradiction in applying these two technologies simultaneously in engineering practice.
