Evolution,Experience and Prospect of Teacher's Book Construction
In the late Qing Dynasty,teaching book was introduced to China from Japan and transformed into teaching method,teaching reference book and teacher's book,still widely used by Chinese teachers today.Throughout its evolution,teacher's book focuses on politics and maintain consistency with national policy and mainstream ideology,focuses on practice and supplement and expand based on textbook,focuses on innovation and balances the dual needs of national education and teacher development,focuses on diversity and provides teachers with various options,and focuses on professionalism and maintains its quality through faculty construction.In the future,teacher's book should take ensuring political correctness as necessary prerequisite,digging out its development functions as mission,diversifying publication and distribution as policy,improving its quality through scientific research as path,and exploring digitization as destination.
