Teaching Behavior Model of Teaching-Learning-Assessment Alignment in Primary School Mathematics
Teaching-learning-assessment alignment has significant theoretical value,but it is faced with problems of missing and disjointed element in practice teaching.The alignment refers to the consistent thinking of learning,teaching and assessment under the guidance of objective,which includes the alignment of their result and process.On this basis,in order to construct competency-oriented teaching behavior model of the alignment,it is necessary to establish the correlation between learning content and competency,formulate and assess competency-oriented unit learning objective and design the alignment under the guidance of objective.
