"教—学—评"一致性具有重大的价值意蕴,但在实践教学中面临着要素缺失、要素脱节等现象."教—学—评"一致性是在目标统领下一致性地思考教学、学习和评价的问题,即"教—学—评"所指向结果的一致性和"教—学—评"过程的协同性.在此基础上,构建素养导向的小学数学"教—学—评"一致性的教学行动模型,其实施要点如下:建立学习内容与素养表现的关联;制订并评估素养导向的单元学习目标;目标指引下开展"教—学—评"一体化设计.
Teaching Behavior Model of Teaching-Learning-Assessment Alignment in Primary School Mathematics
Teaching-learning-assessment alignment has significant theoretical value,but it is faced with problems of missing and disjointed element in practice teaching.The alignment refers to the consistent thinking of learning,teaching and assessment under the guidance of objective,which includes the alignment of their result and process.On this basis,in order to construct competency-oriented teaching behavior model of the alignment,it is necessary to establish the correlation between learning content and competency,formulate and assess competency-oriented unit learning objective and design the alignment under the guidance of objective.
