Establish a Comprehensive and Thorough Curriculum Teaching System for Talent Cultivation
Talent cultivation system and curriculum teaching system as subsystem can be divided into three paradigms:gifted children,talent development and classroom differentiation.According to this,there are single paradigm view,double paradigm view and triple paradigm view in China.In terms of the thoroughness of curriculum system,there are four viewpoints that it starts from pre-school,primary school,middle school or high school.2019 Edition of Pre-K-Grade 12 Gifted Programming Standards of the United States proposes that curriculum system should reflect comprehensiveness and the starting point of penetration cultivation is positioned in pre-school.Ren Zuli establishes a comprehensive and holistic talent development model starting from primary school and Dai Yun systematically expounds the merits and demerits of the three paradigms.Germany,South Korea and Australia use various models from fifth grade.Based on national condition and international trend,we should actively try differentiated teaching,and appropriate pull-out and enrichment curriculum in upper grades of primary schools and construct comprehensive and thorough talent curriculum teaching system from the beginning of middle school.
