智能时代技术赋能教学变革的发生机制及实践限度

大数据、物联网、人工智能等新技术以其强大的计算、感知和认知能力为教学变革提供了耦合可能.技术通过延伸人类的语言、时空、感官和思维,作用于教师、学生、内容、环境和活动来赋能教学.创建智能学习环境是技术赋能教学变革的基础,增强教与学的功能是技术赋能教学变革的本质,提升教师素养是技术赋能教学变革的关键,促进学生核心素养发展是技术赋能教学变革的旨归.教学实践主体借助技术重构学科知识的呈现形态,优化教与学的活动过程,支持学生的个性化学习,赋能精准化教学决策,以此来提升教学活动的适切性,增强学生的沉浸式学习体验,指向教学的结构性变革.现代技术赋能教学变革的潜力巨大,但它是有限度的.价值限度、主体限度、本体限度、情感限度和伦理限度构成了技术赋能教学变革的基本限度.
Generative Mechanism and Practical Limit of Technology Empowering Teaching Reform in the Intelligent Era
New technologies such as big data,internet of things and Al provide coupling possibilities for teaching reform with powerful computing and perceptual and cognitive abilities.By extending human language,space and time,sense and thinking,technology acts on teachers,students,content,environment and activities to empower teaching.Creating smart learning environment is the basis of technology empowering teaching reform,extending function of teaching and learning is the essence of the empowerment,improving teachers'competency is the key of the empowerment,and promoting the development of core competency is the purpose of the empowerment.Teaching practice subject can use technology to reconstruct the presentation form of disciplinary knowledge,optimize teaching and learning activities,support personalized learning of students,and empower precise teaching decisions,so as to improve the appropriateness of teaching activities and enhance students'immersive learning experience,and point to the structure reform of teaching.There is a huge potential of modern technology empowering teaching reform,but it has limits.The limit of value,subject,emotion and ethics constitute the basic limit of the empowerment.
