Action transformation of disciplinary practice activity refers to adhering to tool thinking in disciplinary practice,and the result of action becomes the standard for measuring activities,which separates the internal unity of disciplinary practice and understanding.The stylization of disciplinary practice activity,lack of innovation,the utility and limitation of activity objective and insufficient and ineffective cooperative activity are the problem of the transformation.The main reason of the transformation lies in the misunderstanding of activity objective,the relationship between activity and action,and the relationship between individual and community in activity and the ignoring of the influence of activity at that time and place on activity here and now.The measures of the transformation are as follows:clarifying the relationship between activity and action and strengthening the leading position of activity,regarding disciplinary understanding as objective of activity design and integrating external and internal activity objective,establishing inquiry community to promote the knowledge co-construction of participant,and shifting from specific participant community to a broad participant community and promoting activity openness and innovation.
