Landing of Student Comprehensive Quality Evaluation:Error and Clarification of Evaluation Method
Comprehensive quality evaluation is the key to breaking the crux of score-only evaluation.However,there are still some errors in evaluation method,such as grading in proportion,assigning scores in a single quantity,decomposing weighted sum,and one-vote identification system,which makes its normal and standard implementation fall into disorder and difficulties and even deviate from the original intention and mission of the system.In the new era,in order to promote the evaluation,schools should use evaluation method of appreciative discovery to gain a deep insight into students'subtle and complicated important characteristics,use performance-based evaluation method to focus on the implementation and performance of students'participation in social practice,use situational interpretation evaluation method to show the personal significance of students'growth,and use non-inferential teacher comment evaluation method to highlight the humanistic attribute and educational function of evaluation language,thus fully releasing the educational concept and excellent value of education through evaluation and deepening the reform of educational method.
