Value and Path of Value-Added Evaluation in Primary and Secondary Schools
Value-added evaluation is evaluation method that measures the development status and progress level of students based on the changes between their development outcome and basic level,which is of great significance in reversing unscientific evaluation method of education and teaching.The uniqueness of value-added evaluation is that its purpose focuses on the future development of students,its content points to the three comprehensiveness of student development,its method highlights the differences of student development,and its result and application highlight the endogeneity of evaluation.At the same time,the scientific exploration and promotion of value-added evaluation require targeted prevention or resolution of problems in evaluation subject,content,method and result.Based on this,we need to combine the conceptual,practical,operational and cultural layers to explore the practical path of value-added evaluation development,build the soul of the evaluation,construct the body of the evaluation,strengthen the use of the evaluation,and create environment for the evaluation.
