摘要

针对某车型座椅低频振动问题,采用测试与仿真手段找到座椅低频振动的根本原因.根据仿真结果提出优化方案,经试验和评价,优化效果较好,能够满足振动舒适性要求.

Abstract

Aiming at the problem of vehicle seats'low-frequency vibration,this paper uses testing and simu-lation methods to find the root causes of the seats'low-frequency vibration and proposes an optimization plan based on the simulation results.After testing and evaluation,the optimization effect is better and can meet the vibration comfort requirements.
