Aiming at the problem of the electric drive axle whistling noise of a city bus,this paper carries out the order calculation of the motor and reducer based on the analysis of the configuration of the electric drive axle.Then measures the noise data through the vehide test.Finally,identify the main source of the whis-tling noise in the electric drive axle through the data analysis.
