为研究软土区在建筑荷载和地下水开采共同作用下所引发的地面沉降的发展趋势,该文基于Biot固结连续性方程,以南京长江漫滩区域河西地区和江北新区核心区为例,建立并校准了建筑荷载和地下水开采与地面沉降的三维全耦合数值模型.利用该模型模拟预测了研究区在建筑荷载和地下水开采共同作用下地面沉降规律,并分析了位于降落漏斗中心位置的单元参数变化.结果表明:河西地区中最大沉降量为 88.55 mm,位于典雅居;江北地区沿江地带沉降量均小于5 mm.
Simulation and Prediction of Ground Settlement Induced by Building Loads and Groundwater Extraction in Soft Soil Area
In order to study the development trend of ground settlement in soft soil area under the inter-action between building loads and groundwater extraction,this paper establishes and calibrates a 3D fully coupled numerical model based on Biot's consolidation continuity equation,taking Hexi area of the Yan-gtze River Diffuse Beach area in Nanjing and the core area of the Jiangbei New Area as examples.The model is used to simulate and predict the ground settlement pattern in the study area under the combined effect of construction load and groundwater extraction,and to analyze the changes of cell parameters loca-ted at the center of the settlement funnel.The results show that the maximum subsidence in the Hexi area is 88.55 mm,located at Dianyaju,while the subsidence along the riverside area in the Jiangbei region is less than 5 mm.
