冬虫夏草寄主蒲氏钩蝠蛾的生物学

蒲氏钩蝠蛾Thitarodes pui是冬虫夏草Ophiocordyceps sinensis的寄主昆虫种类之一,分布在西藏色季拉山海拔4100~4650 m的高寒灌丛草甸和高寒草甸.采用野外调查和人工饲养相结合的方法,对蒲氏钩蝠蛾的生物学进行了研究.结果表明,蒲氏钩蝠蛾的世代发育需要3~4年历时约1095~1460 d.卵历期41~47 d,环境条件变化影响孵化率;幼虫世代重叠,历期约990~1350 d,7~9龄,7龄幼虫化蛹产生雄虫,9龄幼虫化蛹产生雌虫,8龄幼虫化蛹可产生雌、雄成虫;老熟幼虫在4月底至5月初化蛹,蛹期35~41 d;成虫6月下旬至7月上旬羽化,寿命3~8 d,雄雌性比为1.5:1,每雌平均产卵量768±206粒.
Biology of Thitarodes pui (Lepidoptera, Hepialidae), a host species of Ophiocordyceps sinensis
Thitarodes pui, one of the host species of Ophiocordyceps sinensis, is distributed in the alpine meadow and alpine shrub meadow of the Mt. Sejila in Tibet at an altitude of 4100 -4650 m. The biology of T. pui was investigated by field sampling and insectary rearing. The results showed that it was 3 to 4years, about 1095 - 1460 d for T. pui to finish a generation development, including 41 -47 d for egg development, 990- 1350 d for larva, 35 -41 d for pupa, and 3 -8 d for adult longevity, respectively.Hatching rate of eggs was significantly affected by ambient conditions. There were 7 -9 instars for larvae development. The 7th instar larvae pupated into male adults, the 9th instar larvae into female adults, and the 8th instar larvae into both males and females. Pupation occurred in the end of April to early May. Adults emerged in late June to early July. The ratio of males to females was 1.5: 1. The average oviposition was 768 ± 206 eggs per female.
