The relationship between the fatty acids and those desaturases and the cold tolerance in the insects
The mechanism of cold resistance in insects is a research hotspot.Fat is an important component and it is tightly relative with cold tolerance for organisms.The relationship between the total fat,fatty acids composition,the desaturase of fatty acids and the cold tolerance in insects is reviewed in this paper.
