Study of ore characteristics and occurrence state of rubidium in Xianglushan deposit in Yuechengling area of Guangxi
Rubidium metal is a kind of rare metal which has been paid much attention at China and abroad in the distribution of resources and the exploitation and utilization.Based on chemical analysis, optical micros-copy,TIMA and LA-ICP-MS,the composition of different types of rubidium ores and the occurrence state of rubidium in Xianglushan deposit in Yuechengling area of Guangxi are studied in detail. The result shows that the rubidium-containing minerals in Xianglushan ore are muscovite, potassium feldspar and plagioclase,in which the content of Rb is Muscovite>potassium feldspar>plagioclase from the high to low.Potassium feldspar is the main carrier mineral of Rb,Rb is not uniformly distributed in feldspar.Rb ratio of potassium feldspar in monzonitic granite and medium-fine monzonite is more than 80%,indicating that Xianglushan Rb deposit belongs to feldspar type Rb resources. The proportion of Rb in monzonitic granite medium and medi-um-fine monzonite is 88.1%、80.5%and 96.4%,respectively,which indicates that the rubidium resource type in Xianglushan deposit belongs to feldspar type.
