Geological characteristics of the Shanmuchong granite ore for construction in Hezhou,Guangxi
The Shanmuchong granite deposit in Hezhou,Guangxi is hosted in the Caledonian Daning rock mass.The main lithology is medium-grained porphyritic biotite monzonitic granite and medium-grained por-phyritic hornblende biotite granodiorite.Through the research and analysis of the geological characteristics,ore quality and processing performance of the granite ore,it is considered that the physical properties of the granite ore meet the industrial index requirements of the granite for low-grade building stone.The ore pro-cessing process is simple and the processing technology performance is good,but the ore quality is unstable,and the product quality inspection should be strengthened.
