摘要

西藏玉龙铜矿改扩建工程建成投产后生产规模不断扩大,随着市场竞争的不断加剧,为了提高选矿效率,降低生产成本.玉龙铜矿提出"精准配矿"管理理念.但矿山前期传统的采矿场—堆场—矿仓的配矿方法已逐渐落伍,为适应市场竞争,玉龙铜矿积极引进智慧矿山管控、精准配矿管理的生产模式,结合露天矿山特点,大胆尝试,建设矿山智能配矿系统,经过近半年的实践,在降低矿石入选品位波动,提高资源综合利用率、提升生产设备效率等方面,取得了瞩目的成绩,在降本增效的同时,也为高海拔露天矿山智能配矿应用积累经验,树立典型.

Abstract

After the reconstruction and expansion project of Yulong copper mine in Xizang is completed and put into operation,the production scale has been expanding continuously.With the increasing competition in the market,in order to improve the ore dressing efficiency and reduce the production cost,Yulong copper mine puts forward the management concept of"precise ore blending".However,the traditional ore blending method of mining field yard-storage yard-mine warehouse in the early stage of the mine has gradually fallen out of date.In order to adapt to market competition,Yulong copper mine actively introduces the production mode of intelligent mine management and control and accurate ore blending management.Combined with the characteristics of open-pit mine,Yulong copper mine makes bold attempts to build an intelligent ore blending system.After nearly half a year of practice,remarkable achievements have been made in reducing the fluctu-ation of ore selection grade,improving the comprehensive utilization rate of resources and the efficiency of production equipment.It not only reduces cost and increases efficiency,but also accumulates experience and sets a model for the application of intelligent ore blending system in high-altitude open-pit mine.
