渑池地区铝土矿中锂和镓在选冶过程中的走向研究

文章分析了渑池地区铝土矿以及铝土矿中锂和镓的矿物特征,研究了渑池地区铝土矿中锂和镓在选冶过程中的富集情况和走向.通过对某矿区及邻近矿区矿石进行选矿试验和溶出试验,并对原矿、精矿、尾矿和赤泥进行分析,研究结果表明:镓在常用的铝土矿浮选过程中不能得到富集,锂会富集到选矿尾矿中,富集比为1.86~2.57;在溶出过程中,原矿中80%以上的锂和镓会富集于循环母液中,其综合回收利用应在氧化铝的生产过程中进行.
Research on the trend of lithium and gallium in the selection and metallurgy process of bauxite ore in Mianchi area
The mineral characteristics of lithium and gallium in bauxite ore and bauxite ore are analyzed in Mi-anchi area.The enrichment and trend of lithium and gallium in bauxite ore during the beneficiation process are studied in Mianchi area.By conducting beneficiation and dissolution test on ores from a certain mining ar-ea and adjacent mining areas,the raw ore,concentrate,tailings,and red mud are analyzed.The study result shows that gallium cannot be enriched in the commonly used bauxite flotation process,while lithium can be enriched in the beneficiation tailings,with an enrichment ratio of 1.86-2.57.During the leaching process,more than 80%of lithium and gallium in the raw ore will be enriched in the circulating mother liquor,and their comprehensive recovery and utilization should be carried out in the production process of alumina oxide.
