Geochemical characteristics of trace elements of wheat in Chinan area of Fenwei basin
In order to study on trace element geochemical characteristics of winter wheat grain in Chinan area of Fenwei basin, the samples from 14 land plots are collected and the content of trace elements is analyzed. The study result shows that compared with the wheat in Yangtze River Delta, the contents of Cu,Fe,Pb,Hg and Cd in wheat in Chinan area are lower, the contents of Mo and Se are higher, the contents of Zn and B are close.According to the national food safety standards, there is Zn and Cr pollution. It shows the stron-ger fractionation between LREE and HREE.There is no Ce anomaly in wheat, and Eu anomaly is positive.Sufficient intake amounts of wheat in Chinan area can meet the human body's needs for Cu,Zn,Fe,and Mo,while avoiding excessive intake of Cu,Zn,Fe,Mo,B,Se,∑RExOy and pollutants of Pb,Hg,Cd,As,but there may be a risk of excessive intake of Cr.Through element enrichment analysis,it is speculated that there should be a linear correlation between the soil selenium content and the selenium content in wheat grains in Chinan area, and that the wheat in this area has reached a selenium rich level.Combined with the soil Se content in this area,it is considered that Chinan area has the potential to develop selenium rich wheat.
