某铜业公司污水处理站含砷污泥固化/稳定化药剂的配方优化研究

某铜业公司污水处理站产生的污泥中砷含量较高,为确保含砷污泥含量能合法合规进入填埋场处置,满足国家环保相关标准的要求,本文利用石灰、水泥、硫酸亚铁作为固化/稳定化药剂对其进行处理.通过优化药剂配比实验,综合考虑经济技术指标,确定最优的固化/稳定化药剂配方为:含砷污泥∶石灰∶水泥∶硫酸亚铁=5∶1∶1∶1.5(质量比).
Study on optimizing the formula of arsenic-containing sludge solidification/stabilization agents in waste water treatment station of a copper company
The sludge produced by the sewage treatment station of a copper company contains relatively high concentrations of arsenic,so it is necessary to ensure that the arsenic-containing sludge can be legally and compliantly disposed of in the landfill to conform with relevant environmental protection standard.In this paper,lime,cement,and ferrous sulfate were used as stabilization/solidification agents to treat the sludge.Through the optimization experiments of the agent ratios and comprehensive considerations of economic and technical indicators,the optimal stabilization/solidification agent formula was determined as follows∶arse-nic-containing sludge∶lime∶cement:ferrous sulfate=5∶1∶1∶1.5(mass ratio).
