Determination of the Effective Phosphorus in Soil by Full Spectrum Direct Reading Plasma Emission Spectrometry
In this paper, the inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry(icp-aes) was adopted to determine the available phosphorus in soil.As the corresponding leaching agents, the sodium bicarbonate was used for the leaching of available phosphorus from alkaline soil and the hydrochloric acid was used for the leaching of available phosphorus from ammonium fluoride acid soil. This paper studied the selection of available phosphorus determination of spectral line by icp-aes and the factors influenced the result of leaching, such as the leaching temperature and the filtering time, respectively using acidic soil filtrate direct determination and alkaline soil filtrate after acidification measurement on computer again. From lots of experiments,a set of test method which is simple, rapid, stable, easy to grasp can be applied to test available phosphorus in the bulk soil samples.
